Osman Qamar
Founder & President

Osman has over ten years of experience in the clinical research and information technology industries and founded Innoventz to serve the management, technology and clinical trial needs of sponsors. Osman has extensive experience building and validating clinical study databases, improving standards and development processes for sponsors, and leading teams in developing custom software that integrates with other enterprise applications used to manage clinical operations.

A member of the Oracle Clinical User Group (OCUG) since 2004, Osman currently serves as Co-Chair of the Validation and Derivation Procedures Focus Group. In addition to his work at Innoventz, he serves on the Board of Directors for the College of Information Technology, a Southern California based educational institute. Osman has a BS in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Megan Gardner
Director – Clinical Data Consulting

Megan leads the Data Management team at Innoventz. Megan has been with Innoventz since 2006 and has over six years of industry experience as a project manager, data manager and clinical study database applications expert. Megan is primarily responsible for communicating with sponsors and overseeing and implementing database development and data management processes from study set-up through study closure. Previously, she had clinical trial management responsibilities at the UCLA School of Medicine and at Medtronic.

Megan has been a member of the Oracle Clinical User Group (OCUG) since 2005. She has a BS in Human Biology from Stanford University.

Adnan Qamar
Director – Business Development

Adnan is responsible for strategy, marketing, and operations at Innoventz. He has over seven years of experience solving critical management issues (strategy, marketing, operations, internal processes, finance, information technology) at a wide range of companies as a management consultant at Accenture and Deloitte Consulting LLP.

Adnan has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
